    摘要:

    微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类具有调控功能的非编码RNA,在生物个体生长、发育和疾病发生过程中发挥着重要作用。近年来有关miRNA在非酒精性脂肪肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)中的作用研究广受关注,miRNA可通过调控肝脏糖脂代谢、炎症反应和纤维化生成等途径参与NAFLD的发生发展。确定组织或循环中表达量异常的miRNA谱将作为诊断NAFLD的新型生物标记物,并且有望成为治疗NAFLD的新靶标。

    Abstract:

    MicroRNA(miRNA) is a sort of non-coding RNAs with regulatory functions,which plays important roles in the growth and development of individual organism,and disease development. In recent years,studies on the role of miRNAs in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) have attracted more attention. The miRNA can involve in the occurrence and development of NAFLD by regulat-ing liver glucose and lipid metabolism,inflammatory response and fibrosis. The identification of miRNA profiles with abnormal expres-sion in tissues or circulation will serve as a novel biomarker for the diagnosis of NAFLD and is expected to be a new target for the treatment of NAFLD.
