糖尿病与膀胱癌相关研究综述

糖尿病与膀胱癌均是当今世界主要的公共卫生问题，对人类的健康产生着巨大的影响。目前糖尿病合并肿瘤患者越来越多，并且已经有大量研究表明糖尿病与膀胱癌之间可能存在着一定的相关性。糖尿病不仅与膀胱癌有许多共同的患病危险因素，还可能导致膀胱癌的发病率增加，并对其预后产生不同程度的影响；但另外一些研究的结果却持有不同的观点。除此之外，某些降糖药物与膀胱癌之间也存在一定的相关性。本文就糖尿病及降糖药物与膀胱癌的关系、糖尿病对膀胱癌预后的影响等方面进行综述。

Abstract:

Nowadays，diabetes mellitus and bladder cancer are major public health problems in the world，which have a great impact on human health. Additionally，there are more and more patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with different cancers. A large number of studies have shown that there are some connections between bladder cancer and diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus not only has many common risk factors with bladder cancer，but also may increase the incidence of bladder cancer and have a certain impact on its prognosis. Without doubt，there have been some studies holding different views. In addition，some antidiabetic drugs has certain correlation with bladder cancer. This article reviewed the relationship among diabetes mellitus，hypoglycemic drugs and bladder cancer，as well as the effect of diabetes mellitus on prognosis of bladder cancer.
