    Sestrin2(Sesn2)是一种高度保守的应激诱导蛋白,属于Sesns家族,其表达受DNA损伤、氧化应激和缺氧等诱导而上调。上调后的Sesn2作为抗氧化剂,在多种生理和病理条件下发挥保护作用。本综述阐述了调节因子p53、核因子E-2-相关因子2(nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2,Nrf2)和低氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia inducible factor-1,HIF-1)等会诱导Sesn2的表达,而Sesn2会调节下游磷酸腺苷活化蛋白激酶(AMP-activated protein kinase,AMPK)/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)和自噬信号在心脏血管类病变中发挥重要作用。本综述旨在全面了解Sesn2在心脏和血管等病变中的保护作用。

    Abstract:

    Sestrin2(Sesn2),a member of the Sesns family,is a highly conservative stress-induced protein,which can be up-regulated by DNA damage,oxidative stress and hypoxia. The up-regulated Sesn2 acts as an antioxidant and exerts protection effect under a variety of physiological and pathological conditions. This review has described that the regulatory factor p53,nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2) and hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1) is able to induce the expression of Sesn2,while Sesn2 can regulate downstream AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)/mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR) and autophagy signals,playing an impor-tant role in cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. This review aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the protective role of Sesn2 in diseases of heart and blood vessels.
