帕金森病伴认知障碍与脑小血管病的临床研究进展

认知障碍是帕金森病（Parkinson disease，PD）因致残性高而备受关注的非运动症状之一。大量研究发现脑小血管病与PD合并认知障碍的病理及发病机制密切相关。本文就PD患者认知障碍与脑小血管病相关研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Parkinson disease (PD) combined with cognitive impairment has attracted much attention due to its high disability. A large number of studies have found that cerebral small vessel disease is closely related to the pathology and pathogenesis of PD combined with cognitive impairment. This article reviews the advances in the relative research of cognitive impairment and cerebral small vessel disease in patients with PD.
