免疫检查点抑制剂治疗所引发的糖尿病是其引起的相关内分泌系统不良反应中较为少见的一种类型。但该类型糖尿病常常以糖尿病酮症酸中毒起病，较为凶险。本文对免疫检查点抑制剂引起糖尿病的文献进行了系统回顾，并对其临床表现和诊疗对策作一综述。

Abstract:

Diabetes mellitus caused by immune checkpoint inhibitors is a rare type of immune-related adverse events in endocrinology. However, this type of diabetes often begins with diabetic ketoacidosis, which is more dangerous. This article reviews the literatures on immune checkpoint inhibitors-induced diabetes mellitus and its clinical manifestations and diagnosis and treatment strategies.
