    摘要:

    糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)是糖尿病的严重并发症,也是常见的继发性慢性肾脏疾病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)以及引起终末期肾功能衰竭的主要病因。DKD的具体发病机制尚不清楚,与多种因素有关。目前研究显示,炎症反应在DKD发生发展中起重要作用。本文探讨了相关炎症分子和信号通路在DKD进展中的作用。同时,本文综述了针对细胞因子、趋化因子、转录因子、激酶和促炎症消退的分子的靶向药物和几种具有抗炎作用的化合物对DKD的有益作用。因此,通过抑制这些炎症因子、炎症信号通路及其下游产物以及针对促炎症消退的分子,可能为DKD防治提供新的途径和措施。

    Abstract:

    Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is a serious complication of diabetes mellitus, and it's also a common type of secondary chronic kidney disease (CKD) as well as the main cause of end stage renal failure. The specific pathogenesis of DKD is not well understood yet, which is related to many factors, and current research indicates that inflammation plays an important role in the development and progression of DKD. This review summarizes the role of relevant inflammatory molecules and signaling pathways in the progression of DKD. At the same time, we also have reviewed the beneficial effects of several drugs targeting cytokines, chemokines, transcription factors, kinases and molecules that promote the resolution of inflammation as well as several anti-inflammatory compounds on DKD. Therefore, the use of targeted drugs against these inflammatory factors, inflammatory signaling pathways and their downstream products as well as molecules that promote the resolution of inflammation to control inflammation may become a new approach and measure for DKD treatment in the future.
