人视黄醇结合蛋白-4与脉络膜脱离型孔源性视网膜脱离相关性的研究进展

Research progress of correlation between retinol-binding protein 4 and choroidal detachment

摘要:

脉络膜脱离型孔源性视网膜脱离（rhegmatogenous retinal detachment associated with choroidal detachment，RRDCD）是孔源性视网膜脱离（rhegmatogenous retinal detachment，RRD）的一种特殊类型。本病起病急，发展迅速，预后较差。目前对其发病原因、发病机制尚未有一个明确的定论。近来研究发现，人视黄醇结合蛋白-4（retinol-binding protein 4，RBP4）是一种新型的脂肪细胞因子，可参与RRDCD的发生和发展。本文系统总结了国内外相关文献，就RBP4与RRDCD相关关系作一综述。

Abstract:

Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment associated with choroidal detachment (RRDCD) is a special type of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD), with characteristics of acute onset, rapid development and poor prognosis. At present, there is no definite conclusion about its pathogenesis and mechanism. Recent studies have shown that retinol-binding protein 4 (RBP4) is a novel adipocytokine and can participate in the occurrence and development of RRDCD. This paper systematically concluded papers at home and abroad, and reviewed the correlation between RBP4 and RRDCD.
