个体化指导对慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人首次使用无创机械通气依从性影响的研究

摘要:

目的观察个体化指导对首次使用无创机械通气病人依从性的影响。方法将93例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病人随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组46人,观察组47人,对照组进行传统常规治疗；观察组在常规治疗基础上实施个体化指导。根据病人不同时段对无创呼吸机的耐受率、动脉血气结果及病人气管插管使用有创机械通气率、ICU住院天数等评价两组病人首次使用无创呼吸机的依从性。结果个体化指导有助于提高病人使用无创呼吸机的依从性,从而提高无创机械通气成功率。

Abstract:

purpose： individual guidance have the influences on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease using a mechanical ventilation for the first time。Method：93 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients were randomized into control group (46) and the observation group (47). The control group patients were treated in traditional routine; the observation group patients were implemented by individual guidance on the basis of conventional treatment. An evaluation was given among the two groups by different time without breathing machine, tolerance rate, arterial blood gas results, the mechanical ventilation rate and the number of total of patients in ICU.Result：Individualized instruction help to improve patient use breathing machine which promoter noninvasive mechanical ventilation.
