急性心肌梗死合并院内感染对近期死亡率的影响

Effects of acute myocardial infarction complicated with nosocomial infection on the mortality rate

摘要:

目的：探讨感染对于急性心肌梗死(Acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者预后的影响。方法：随机选取100名AMI患者，按照住院期间是否发生感染，分为感染组(n=48)与非感染组(n=52)，随访1年，对2组患者进行生存分析。结果：感染组死亡率为24%，非感染组死亡率16%，2组间差异存在统计学意义（P＝0.001）。结论：对于心肌梗死患者，并发感染后死亡风险增高。

Abstract:

Objective:To?evaluate?the?effects?of?nosocomial?infection?on?the?prognosis?of?patients?with?acute?myocardial?infarction.Methods:Totally?100?patients?with?acute?myocardial?infarction?were?randomly?chosen?and?divided?into?the?infected?group?(n=48)?and?non infected?group?(n=52).All?patients?were?followed?up?for?one?year?and?were?evaluated?by?survival?analysis.Results:The?mortality?rate?in?the?infected?group?was?24%?while?that?in?the?non infected?group?was?16%,with?significant?differences?(P=0.001).Conclusion:The?risk?of?death?increases?in?acute?myocardial?infarction?patients?complicated?with?nosocomial?infection.
