【】目的：探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成置管溶栓的治疗效果及护理。方法：回顾分析245例混合型下肢深静脉血栓形成置管溶栓治疗效果及护理的临床资料。结果：本组245例患者中,治愈219例,显效26例,有效100%。结论：置管溶栓治疗是治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的重要手段,做好术前术后护理,可降低下肢深静脉血栓形成后遗症的发生。

【】 Objective To investigate the effect of indwelling catheter thrombolysis on deep venous thrombosis(DVT) of lower extremity and the related nursing process. Methods: 245 cases of mixed deep venous thrombosis, received traditional therapy combined with indwelling catheter thrombolysis were retrospected. Results: In all of the 245 cases, 219 were clinically cured(89.39%), 26(10.61%) were markedly improved, the overall effective rate is 100%. Conclusion: The indwelling catheter thrombolysis is effective for DVT. The perioperation nursing,timely observation,prevention and handling of complications are the guarantees for elevation the therapeutic effect, prevention pulmonary embolism, decreases the sequelaes of disease.
