本文就单胺、单胺氧化酶（monoamine oxidase，MAO）与抑制药物的分类和作用进行阐述，并着重就MAO与疾病的关系，MAO-A和MAO-B抑制药物进行总结与讨论。

Abstract:

This paper expounded the classification and functions of monoamine，monoamine oxidase（MAO） and its inhibitors. It sum－marized and discussed on the relationship between MAO and diseases as well as researched on MAO-A inhibitors and MAO-B in－hibitors.
