Objective:To investigate the efficacy of catheter-directed thrombolysis(CDT) in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) of lower extremity and the related nursing process. Methods:Clinical nursing care data of 245 cases of mixed DVT treated by traditional therapy combined with CDT were retrospectively analyzed. Results:In all 245 cases,219(89.39%) were clinically cured,26(10.61%) were markedly improved with overall effective rate of 100%. Conclusions:CDT is effective in the treatment of DVT. Perioperation nursing,timely observation,prevention and handling of complications can decrease the sequelaes of DVT of lower extremity.
