超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾损伤后再出血原因分析及预防

Causes and prevention of rebleeding after applying super-selective renal arterial embolization for renal danage

目的：探讨超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾损伤后再出血原因及预防。方法：分析总结本院近6年因肾损伤出血行超选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗的病例资料。结果：肾损伤出血行超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗的病例共22例，其中术后发生再出血2例，1例用弹簧圈行二次栓塞后出血停止，另1例行左肾切除术。结论：导致超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾损伤后再出血可能由肾脏血管的解剖结构异常、栓塞材料的使用不当等原因造成，提示应重视这些因素以降低再出血事件的发生率。

Abstract:

Objective：To discuss the etiology and prevention of rebleeding after applying super-selective renal arterial embolization to treat renal injury bleeding． Methods：Clinical data of patients who underwent super-selective renal arterial embolization for renal injury bleeding in our hospital from 2007 to 2012 were collected. Results：There were 22 cases in our hospital，two cases experienced rebleeding after embolization；one stopped bleeding after the second times of super-selective renal arterial embolization with spring coil，the another one stopped bleeding by undergoing nephrectomy. Conclusions：Rebleeding after applying super-selective renal artery embolization to treat renal damage may be caused by renal vascular anatomic or misuse of embolism materials，suggesting that more attention should be paid to these factors to reduce the morbidity of rebleeding.
