波形蛋白在癫痫大鼠心肌中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of vimentin in myocardium of epileptic rats

摘要:

目的：检测波形蛋白（vimentin，VIM）在癫痫大鼠心肌中的表达，探讨癫痫发作致心肌损伤的特点。方法：通过腹腔注射戊四氮建立癫痫模型，运用组织病理学、免疫组化及Western blot方法检测癫痫大鼠心肌VIM的表达。结果：癫痫各组心肌呈出血、缺血缺氧性改变；随癫痫的病程延长，发作次数增多、发作时间增加，心肌有不同程度的变性坏死，成纤维细胞增生，VIM表达逐渐升高。结论：癫痫发作可引起心肌损伤，促进心肌中VIM表达。

Abstract:

Objective：To detect the expression of vimentin（VIM）in myocardium and to explore the characteristics of myocardial injuries caused by epilepsy. Methods：Models of epileptic rats were established by intraperitoneal injection of pentylenetetrazol. Expression of VIM in myocardium of epileptic rats was examined by pathologic，immunohistochemistry，and Western blot methods. Results：Hemorrhagic and hypoxic ischemic changes were showed in myocardiums of epileptic groups. With the extended duration of epilepsy，and the increases of frequency and time of seizures，there was a trend of aggravation of myocardial necrosis，fibroblast proliferation，as well as a remarkable up-regulation of VIM. Conclusion：Epilepsy can cause myocardial injury and promote the expression of VIM in myocardium.
