Objective:To explore the effect of perindopril on basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF-2) expression in isoproterenol(ISO)-induced cardiac hypertrophy of rats. Methods:The research rats were randomly divided into three groups and 10 rats in each group:control group,model group(3mg/(kg·d) isoproterenol for 10 d) and intervention group(3 mg/(kg·d) isoproterenol and 1 mg/(kg·d) perindopril for 10 d).
