    目的:探讨经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折不愈合的临床疗效。方法:54例患者实施该项手术。术前及术后1天、1个月、3个月及12个月分别进行疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analog scale,VAS)及MacNab评分。术后第1天进行X线及CT检查。所有评分数据收集后使用SAS软件进行重复测量方差分析。结果:48例患者(共54例,6例失访)获得12个月随访。术后第1天(3.120±1.076),第1个月(2.620±0.874)、第3个月(2.320±0.726)、第12个月(1.920±0.686)VAS评分(F=142.481,P=0.000)和术后第1天(2.940±0.598),第1个月(3.060±0.697)、第3个月(3.210±0.683)、第12个月(3.440±0.501)MacNab评分(F=144.207,P=0.000)较术前(VAS=8.490±0.689,MacNab=1.270±0.449)明显改善。结论:经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折不愈合具有良好的疗效。

    Abstract:

    Objective:To evaluate the clinical outcome of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP) in treating osteoporotic vertebral fracture pseudarthrosis. Methods:Fifty-four patients underwent PVP were involved. Visual analogue scale(VAS) and MacNab scale were recorded before the operation and on 1 d and at 1 month,3 months,12 months after the operation. In addition,X ray and CT exami-nation were conducted on 1 d postoperatively. After data collection,SAS software was used to do ANOVA for repeated measurement. Results:Follow-up(12 months) was achieved in 48 patients out of 54 patients. VAS(F=142.481,P=0.000) and MacNab(F=144.207,P=0.000) scores significantly improved on 1 d(VAS=3.120±1.076;MacNab=2.940±0.598) and at 1 month(VAS=2.620±0.874;MacNab=3.060±0.697),3 months(VAS=2.320±0.726;MacNab=3.210±0.683),12 months(VAS=1.920±0.686;MacNab=3.440±0.501) after the operation compared with those before the operation(VAS=8.490±0.689,MacNab=1.270±0.449). Conclusion:Per-cutaneous vertebroplasty is effective in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture pseudarthrosis.
