溴隐亭是一种作用于中枢神经系统的新型降糖药，目前的临床试验表明溴隐亭有明确的降糖效果且安全性较为满意。本文拟对溴隐亭可能的作用机制和现有的临床研究作一简要综述。

Abstract:

Bromocriptine，a type of novel antidiabetic agents acting on central nervous system，has been proved to be effective and safe according to current clinical trials. This article reviewed pharmacological mechanisms of bromocriptine and its current clinical trails.
