甲状腺结节射频消融的历史、现状及展望

摘要:

随着甲状腺结节发病率逐年上升，射频消融（radiofrequency ablation，RFA）治疗甲状腺结节逐渐成为目前该领域的热点，作为治疗肿瘤的新技术，近年来开始应用于临床。其优点主要表现在有效、微创、美容方面，但是在良性结节及甲状腺微小癌RFA消融适应症的选择方面还存在诸多争议。本文在回顾RFA的发展历史基础上，较全面介绍其在甲状腺结节中的应用现状，在对目前存在的争议进行分析的同时，指出未来的研究及发展方向。

Abstract:

Owing to the effectiveness and minimal invasiveness，radiofrequency ablation（RFA） has been used in the clinic to treat tumors. Recently，the incidence of thyroid nodules has been increasing yearly. The application of RFA in the treatment of thyroid nodules has become a research hotspot. This paper aims to present the history of RFA briefly，and focus on the application and con－troversy of treating tyroid nodules.
