摘要:

重度高甘油三酯血症（severe hypertriglyceridemia，SHTG）合并妊娠可导致急性胰腺炎、早产、流产甚至母婴死亡等严重并发症的发生。本文通过综述近年来重度高甘油三酯血症患者合并妊娠相关处理的文献，发现严格的低脂膳食控制、适当的药物治疗以及适时的血浆置换对预防急性胰腺炎与改善母婴结局十分重要。

Abstract:

Severe gestational hypertriglyceridemia may lead to serious complications such as acute pancreatitis，premature delivery，miscarriage，and even maternal-fetal death. This review summarizes the treatments of severe gestational hypertriglyceridemia in recent years，and suggests that strict low-fat diet control，appropriate medication，and timely plasma exchange are crucial to prevent acute pancreatitis during pregnancy and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
