晚期痴呆医疗决策的研究进展

作为一种目前医学无法治愈的疾病，痴呆所带来的社会负担沉重且逐年增长。在痴呆患者的终末期阶段，患者及其照料者常常面临着一系列身体及心理需求。因此，对晚期痴呆患者的治疗应着重于预防和减轻痛苦，并为他们提供最佳的生活质量。在满足患者需求及符合家属治疗目标的情况下，对晚期痴呆患者进行有效的姑息治疗，制定出合适的医疗决策，能够帮助改善患者的症状、提高患者的舒适度、减轻照料者的负担。本文将就晚期痴呆医疗决策的现状作一综述。

Abstract:

Dementia remains an incurable disease at present and has brought heavy social burden which is increasing year by year. Patients with dementia and their caregivers are always faced with a lot of physical and psychological needs in the end stage of life. Therefore, treatment for patients with advanced dementia should focus on the prevention and alleviation of pain, so as to improve their quality of life. Effective palliative treatment of patients with advanced dementia and appropriate medical decisions, which meet the needs of patients and their families, can improve their symptoms, increase the degree of comfort, and reduce the burden of caregivers. This article reviews the research advances in medical decision-making for patients with advanced dementia.
