摘要:
目的:探究当前α-突触核蛋白(α-synuclein,αS)研究领域的研究热点和发展趋势。方法:以1998至2017年Web of Science核心合集数据库中收录的10 991篇αS相关文献为数据来源,利用CiteSpace V进行可视化处理和分析,梳理并揭示αS研究的知识基础、研究热点与研究前沿。结果:αS研究发文量和引文量随年份呈指数增长,美国是αS研究领域的主要研究力量;αS研究的高频共被引文献主要关注αS与路易小体的关联、αS基因突变、αS聚集以及帕金森病Braak分期等问题。αS研究的主要研究热点集中于αS相关疾病研究、体外研究、帕金森病致病机制研究等。αS研究前沿和未来研究趋势将围绕在帕金森病生物标志物、自噬等致病机制、神经保护治疗以及小鼠模型上。国内学者在αS研究领域更多关注帕金森病的致病机制及动物模型研究。结论:目前国际上有关αS的研究正处在快速发展的阶段,本研究分析了αS研究领域的知识基础、研究热点和前沿,揭示了近二十年来该研究领域的动态发展规律,为相关学科研究提供了参考。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the research hotspots and development trends in the field of α-synuclein(αS). Methods:CiteS-pace V was used for the visualization processing and analysis of 10 991 articles on αS in Web of Science Core Collection database from 1998 to 2017,to reveal the knowledge basis,research hotspots,and development trends of αS research. Results:The numbers of published articles and citations in the research on αS showed an exponential increase year by year. The US contributed significantly to the research in the field of αS. The high-frequent co-cited articles on αS mainly focused on the association between αS and Lewy body,αS gene mutations,αS aggregation,and Braak stages of Parkinson’s disease. The main research hotspots in the field of αS in-cluded αS-related diseases,in vitro studies,and the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease. The research frontiers and future research trends of αS were expected to focus on the biomarkers,autophagy and other pathogeneses,neuroprotective therapy,and mouse model of Parkinson’s disease. The scholars in China paid more attention to the pathogenesis and animal model of Parkinson’s disease. Conclusion:The research on αS has been developing rapidly around the world in recent years. This article analyzes the knowledge basis,research hotspots,and development trends of the research on αS and reveals the dynamic development of αS research over the past twenty years,which provides a reference for research in related disciplines.
