肌萎缩侧索硬化疼痛管理研究进展

Research progress in pain management in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis

近年来有关肌萎缩侧索硬化患者的疼痛管理问题逐渐被重视，疼痛作为常见的非运动症状之一，严重影响患者的生存质量。临床工作中对于肌萎缩侧索硬化的运动症状常会掩盖疼痛症状，从而不被临床医师所重视。由于肌萎缩侧索硬化疼痛的发病机制尚不明确，疼痛的性质、分类及治疗均存在较大的盲目性。本文通过结合近期的研究成果来阐述肌萎缩侧索硬化疼痛管理的思路和方法。

Abstract:

In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to pain management in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. As a common non-motor symptom, pain affects the quality of life of patients severely. Pain is often neglected by clinicians in clinical practice, due to that it may be masked by the motor symptoms of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. The pathogenesis of pain in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is still unclear, which leads to little understanding of the nature, classification, and treatment of pain. This article describes the thinking and methods of pain management in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis by reviewing recent research results.
