    摘要:

    白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)信号通路与雌激素信号通路两者之间存在相互作用,更重要的是2条信号通路的相互作用对疾病的发生发展具有深广的意义。研究表明,雌激素受体能通过调节IL-6/STAT3通路的表达,来影响乳腺癌等多种疾病的发展及严重程度;另一方面,雌激素受体与IL-6基因的位点突变与多种疾病密切相关。IL-6通路和雌激素通路之间的相互作用在疾病治疗中具有重要意义,综合两条信号通路设计治疗方案为单信号通路治疗耐药、激素治疗相关副作用大的患者带来新希望,具有重要的临床应用价值。本文对IL-6和雌激素两通路相互作用在多种疾病中的影响作一综述,以期为疾病的治疗提供新思路。

    Abstract:

    There is an interaction between the interleukin-6(IL-6) and estrogen signaling pathways,and more importantly,the inter-action between these two signaling pathways plays an important in the development and progression of related diseases. Studies have shown that estrogen receptor can affect the development and severity of many diseases including breast cancer by regulating the ex-pression of the IL-6/STAT3 pathway;on the other hand,mutations of the estrogen and IL-6 genes are closely associated with various diseases. The interaction between the IL-6 and estrogen signaling pathways is of great significance in disease treatment,and treatment regimens based on these two signaling pathways bring hope to patients who have resistance to single-signal pathway therapy and hormone-related side effects and has a significant clinical value. This article reviews the influence of the interaction between the IL-6 and estrogen pathways on a variety of diseases,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases.
