在辅助生殖技术不断发展、妊娠率显著提高的今天，一个新的挑战已经出现：反复种植失败（repeated/recurrent implan－tation failure，RIF），它给患者夫妇身心及经济均带来极大负担，但RIF病因复杂性，目前尚无RIF的诊治共识，诊断标准的不统一也影响对临床治疗措施有效性的观察和研究，本文就近年来反复种植失败的研究进展进行探讨和归纳总结，以期为基础研究和临床治疗提供参考。

Abstract:

Advances in reproductive medicine have significantly increased the success of fertility treatments. Nevertheless，a new challenge has emerged：recurrent implantation failure（RIF）. RIF brings mental stress and heavy economic burden to patients. There is no uniform definition of RIF，and it is a complex problem with several variables. The exact prevalence rate of RIF was difficult to de－termine because of the varied definitions used to describe the disease. This paper aims to present the history of RIF and focuses on the application.
