定量脑电图与帕金森病性认知功能障碍

Quantitative electroencephalogram and cognitive impairment in Parkinson’s disease

摘要:

认知功能障碍是帕金森病患者常见且致残性较高的非运动性症状，预测及早期识别帕金森病性认知功能障碍是目前面临的挑战之一。现有多种类型的帕金森病相关生物标志物正在进行临床评估，其中定量脑电图被视为评价帕金森病性认知功能障碍的生物标志物之一。现将定量脑电图与帕金森病性认知功能障碍相关研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Cognitive impairment is a common non-motor symptom with higher disability in Parkinson’s disease（PD）. The prediction and early identification of cognitive impairment in PD is one of the current challenges. Multiple types of biomarkers related to PD are under clinical evaluation，among which quantitative electroencephalogram（qEEG） is regarded as one of the biomarkers for evaluating cognitive impairment in PD. This article reviews the research progress in qEEG and cognitive impairment in PD.
