Literature review on subarachnoid hemorrhage secondary to cerebral venous sinus thrombosis

颅内静脉窦血栓形成是各种脑血管疾病中非常少见的类型，继发蛛网膜下腔出血则更为罕见。因疾病的自身特点和诊断的局限性，易漏诊和误诊，导致预后较差。本文将围绕该疾病的发病机制、临床表现、诊断及治疗进行综述，以提高对该疾病的认识。

Abstract:

Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis（CVST） is a rare type of stroke，and secondary subarachnoid hemorrhage（SAH） is even less common. Because of the disease’s own characteristics and the limitations of diagnosis，it is easy to miss and misdiagnose，leading to poor prognosis. This review focused on the pathogenesis，clinical manifestations，and diagnosis and treatment of this disease，so as to improve the recognition of the disease.
