间充质干细胞治疗糖尿病足的研究进展

糖尿病足（diabeticfoot，DF）是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一，其继发感染是非外伤性截肢的主要原因。DF严重影响糖尿病患者的生活质量，并且给家庭及社会带来严重的经济负担。间充质干细胞（mesenchymalstemcells，MSCs）能有效促进新血管生成，促进创面愈合，是治疗糖尿病足的新方法。本文对MSCs治疗DF的研究进展进行综述，从而为临床治疗糖尿病足提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Diabeticfoot（DF）isoneofthemostcommonchroniccomplicationsofdiabetesanditssecondaryinfectionisthemajorcauseofnon-traumaticamputation，whichgreatlyaffectsthequalityoflifeofdiabeticpatientsandbringsseriouseconomicburdenstofamiliesandthesociety.Mesenchymalstemcell（MSCs）treatmentcaneffectivelypromoteangiogenesisandwoundhealingandisthusanewmethodforthetreatmentofDF.ThisarticlereviewstheresearchadvancesinMSCsinthetreatmentofDF，inordertoprovideatheoreticalbasisfortheclinicaltreatmentofDF.
