单侧病变的原发性醛固酮增多症以醛固酮瘤最为常见，手术治疗有望达到治愈的效果。对于手术方式选择，目前国内医生观点与国外指南推荐存在分歧。本文重点就目前国内对醛固酮瘤手术方式的认识误区作一评述。
