细胞周期蛋白B1在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要:

细胞周期蛋白B1（cyclin B1，CCNB1）在调节细胞周期的G2/M 期进展中起关键作用。越来越多的研究证实CCNB1在多种恶性肿瘤中表达，并参与肿瘤细胞的生长、分化、凋亡和转移。CCNB1在不同类型的肿瘤中存在差异性表达，其表达的变化影响肿瘤的发展、治疗及预后。本文综合近年来国内外的研究，对CCNB1在肿瘤的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Cyclin B1（CCNB1） plays a key role in regulating the G2/M phase of the cell cycle and studies gradually have shown that CCNB1 is expressed in many malignant tumors and participates in the growth，differentiation，apoptosis and metastasis of tumor cells.CCNB1 is differentially expressed in different types of tumors，and its expression changes affect the development，treatment and prog－nosis of tumors. In this paper，the research progress of CCNB1 in tumor at home and abroad was reviewed.
