New advances in neuropsychological assessment: the relationship between cognitive function and brain amyloid deposition

摘要:

阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer's disease，AD）是一种退行性疾病。在早期阶段，AD的特征是大脑中β淀粉样蛋白（β amyloid，Aβ）和tau蛋白的聚集和记忆力减退。本文总结了脑内Aβ与认知功能的关系，对当前Aβ如何影响认知功能（记忆、执行、语言）的研究进行了综述，同时对今后研究趋势进行展望，为Aβ沉积的识别提供新思路。

Abstract:

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a kind of degenerative disease. In the early stage, AD is characterized by the aggregation of β amyloid (Aβ) and tau proteins in the brain and memory loss. This paper summarizes the relationship between Aβ and cognitive function of the brain, reviews current research on how Aβ affects cognitive function (memory, execution and language), and also provides an outlook on future research trends to provide new ideas for the identification of Aβ deposition.
