复发胶质母细胞瘤治疗进展

Progress in the treatment of recurrent glioblastoma

摘要:

胶质母细胞瘤即使经过最大限度的手术切除及规范放化疗，仍有极高的复发概率；因而针对日益增多的复发胶质母细胞瘤患者，如何达到有效治疗及改善预后一直是神经肿瘤学的巨大挑战。本文拟从多个方面综述现有的多种针对复发胶质母细胞瘤的治疗方式，并对未来可能治疗方向进行预测。

Abstract:

Glioblastoma still has a high probability of recurrence even after maximum surgical resection and standardized radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Therefore， for the increasing number of recurrent glioblastoma patients， how to achieve effective treatment and improve the prognosis of patients has always been a great challenge in neuro-oncology. This paper aims to review the existing treatment methods for recurrent glioblastoma from multiple aspects， and to predict the possible treatment directions in the future.
