人组织相容性抗原反应抗体（human leukocyte antigen-antibody，HLA-Ab）的检测已成为诊断及检测肾移植术后排斥反应的重要指标。单抗原免疫微珠法（single antigen beads，SAB）是一种灵敏度高、特异性强的HLA-Ab检测方法。然而，SAB检测结果的分析和解释较为复杂，需要综合考虑多方面的影响因素。本文将讨论使用此方法对HLA-Ab进行检测时的局限性、影响因素及解决办法。希望可以通过对上述问题的探讨来进一步完善SAB检测结果的解读与应用。

Abstract:

The detection of human leukocyte antigen-antibody（HLA-Ab）has become an important indicator for the diagnosis and detection of rejection after renal transplantation. Single antigen beads（SAB）is a highly sensitive and specific HLA-Ab detection method. However，the analysis and interpretation of SAB results are complex，and multiple factors need to be comprehensively considered. In this article，we will discuss the limitations，influencing factors and solutions for HLA-Ab detection using this method. It is hoped that the interpretation and application of SAB results can be further improved by discussing the above problems.
