    摘要:

    肾纤维化(renal fibrosis,RF)是慢性肾病进展为终末期肾病的重要途径。目前实验发现,多种因素可导致RF。干细胞是一类具有自我复制和多向分化潜能的原始未分化细胞。细胞治疗越来越普遍,间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSC)成为治疗RF的一种有前途的细胞类型。MSC具有多种分化能力,可释放多种因子调节炎症和免疫反应。本文综述了影响RF发生的相关机制及MSC治疗RF的应用现状,并对现存问题及前景进行展望。

    Abstract:

    Renal fibrosis(RF) is an important pathway for the progression of chronic kidney disease to end-stage renal disease. Many factors have been found to lead to RF. Stem cells are a kind of primitive undifferentiated cells with the potential of self-replication and multidirectional differentiation. With the increasing popularity of cell therapy,mesenchymal stem cell(MSC) become a promising cell type for the treatment of RF. MSC has a variety of differentiation capabilities and can release a variety of factors to regulate inflammatory and immune responses. In this paper,the factors affecting have been and the application of MSC in the treatment of RF have been reviewed,and the existing problems and prospects have been prospected.
