Study on the diagnostic value of inflammation score system in preeclampsia

摘要:

目的 研究外周血中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值（neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio，NLR）、血小板-淋巴细胞比值（platelet-lymphocyte ratio，PLR）、平均血小板体积（mean platelet volume，MPV）和血小板压积（platelet hematocrit，PCT）在子痫前期孕妇中的变化及临床意义。方法 回顾性研究160例子痫前期孕妇的外周血常规数据及临床资料。其中，160例子痫前期孕妇包含轻度子痫前期孕妇（mild preeclampsia，MPE）80例、重度子痫前期孕妇（severe preeclampsia，SPE）80例。对照组为同期就诊的80例正常孕妇（normal pregnancy，NP）。比较SPE、MPE和对照组之间NLR、PLR、MPV和PCT。结果 3组中性粒细胞、PLR、MPV、PCT比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），淋巴细胞差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。MPE组与对照组比较，中性粒细胞差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。SPE 组与NP组相比，中性粒细胞、血小板、PLR、MPV、PCT差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），SPE组与MPE组比较，中性粒细胞、血小板、PLR、MPV和PCT 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 外周血中PLR、MPV和PCT检测用于子痫前期的诊断具有一定价值，同时可以反映子痫前期的严重程度。

Abstract:

Objective To study the changes and clinical significance of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio（NLR），platelet-lymphocyte ratio （PLR） in peripheral blood，mean platelet volume（MPV） and platelet hematocrit（PCT） in preeclampsia.Methods The peripheral blood routine data and clinical data of 160 pregnant women with preeclampsia were retrospectively studied，including 80 cases of mild preeclampsia（MPE） and 80 cases of severe preeclampsia（SPE）. The control group included 80 normal pregnant women visited our department during the same period. The NLR，PLR，MPV，and PCT were compared among SPE，MPE and the control group.Results There were significant differences in neutrophil，PLR，MPV，PCT among the three groups（P<0.05），but no significant difference in lymphocyte（P>0.05）. There was significant difference in neutrophils between the MPE group and the control group（P<0.05）. There were significant differences in neutrophil，platelet，PLR，MPV and PCT between SPE group and control group（P<0.05），and there were significant differences in neutrophil，platelet，PLR，MPV and PCT between SPE group and MPE group（P<0.05）.Conclusion The detection of PLR，MPV and PCT in peripheral blood has certain value in the diagnosis of preeclampsia，and it can also reflect the severity of preeclampsia.
