    Abstract:

Objective:To investigate the effect of TDP on microvessel formation of autogenous fat transplantation in mice. Methods:Totally 72 female mices were divided into TDP group, insulin group and control group randomly and animal model of fat transplanta-tion was established. The region of autogenous fat transplantation was treated with TDP for 30 mins at a time,3 times pre day in TDP group. Autogenous fat transplantation was treated with insulin(concentration of 300 mU/L) in insulin group, the fat transplantation in control group was untreated. The microvessel density in fat transplantation was determined by immunohistochemical method. Results:Microvessel density was higher in TDP group and insulin group than in control group(P<0.05) at 10 d after the operation. Microves-sel density was higher in TDP group compared with that of control group at 20 d and 28 d after the operation. Conclusion:It shows that TDP could improve survival rate of autogenous fat transplantation by promoting vessel formation.
