    Abstract:

    Objective:To understand the prevalence of depression and anxiety disorder in patients with cardiovascular disease in hos-pitals at primary level. Methods:Totally 510 patients with cardiovascular disease in outpatient and inpatient department were enrolled and investigated with a multicenter cross-sectional design. Using hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS) to screen the pos-itive patients,who were then assessed with the Hamilton depression and anxiety disorder scale. Results:The results of Hamilton showed that the corrected prevalences for depression disorder,anxiety disorder and depression and anxiety disorder were 19.10%,13.59% and 10.92%. The recognition rate of the treatment of depression and anxiety was 4%. Conclusions:Cardiovascular disease with depression and anxiety disorder is a common problem in hospitals at primary level,its correct identification and treatment is not optimistic.
