Angular pregnancy is one of the diseases caused by embryo embedment at abnormal site. It is rare that the embryo could keep on living till the 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Uterine atony and placenta increta might occur in most cases and induce severe postpartum hemorrhage,no matter vaginal delivery or cesarean section. The report presented 2 cases of angular pregnancy at late stage,which was found during cesarean section. Surgical management and outcomes were compared and analyzed. Related literature at home and abroad were also reviewed. It is of great importance to seriously conclude the successful experience and draw the lessons to make progress in dealing with such disease.
