Progress in the study of multiple sclerosis and potential therapeutic targets

Abstract:

Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune disease of the central nervous system，which is prone to develop in young and middle-aged patients. The disease can lead to a variety of dysfunctions，such as problems with cognition，movement，sensation，and language. It is of great significance to explore the pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis and identify effective drug targets. By analyzing and summa－rizing recent advances in the study of multiple sclerosis at home and abroad，the purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for further elucidating the pathogenesis and potential therapeutic targets of this disease.
