    Abstract:

    Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune disease of the central nervous system,which is prone to develop in young and middle-aged patients. The disease can lead to a variety of dysfunctions,such as problems with cognition,movement,sensation,and language. It is of great significance to explore the pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis and identify effective drug targets. By analyzing and summa-rizing recent advances in the study of multiple sclerosis at home and abroad,the purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for further elucidating the pathogenesis and potential therapeutic targets of this disease.
