    Asthenumberofpeoplewithdiabetesclimbs，theattentionondiabeticulcersisalsorising.Inrecentyears，thestudieshaveshownthatthestromalcellderivedfactor-1（SDF-1）axisinthemigrationoftransplantedangiogenesismobilizedbyvariedcy－tokineplaysanimportantroleinthehealingofdiabeticulcers，anditstargettreatmentprovidesanewwaytochroniculcerssuchasdiabeticfoot.ResearchesonSDF-1andangiogenesisindiabeticulcerwoundaremainlyreviewedinthisarticle.
