Abstract:

Objective：ToexploretheefficacyandsafetyofliposomalamphotericinBcombinedwithposaconazoleinthetreatmentofdiabetesmellituswithpulmonarymucormycosisinchildren.Methods：AretrospectiveanalysiswasperformedonthetreatmentofachildwithdiabetesmellitusandpulmonarymucormycosisbyliposomalamphotericinBcombinedwithposaconazole，andtherelevantliteraturewasreviewed.Results：Sputumboltocclusionandgranulomatoushyperplasiawerefoundinthesegmentalbronchioftheleftupperlobe，andmucoraleswerefoundinbronchoalveolarlavagefluid，soadiagnosisofpulmonarymucormycosiswasmade.Afterin－travenousadministrationofliposomalamphotericinBfor1week，achestCTre-examinationrevealedcavity-likechangesintheleftupperlung，andoralposaconazolewasadded.At3weeksofadministrationofliposomalamphotericinB，thepatientdevelopedsinusbradycardiawithprematureventricularbeats，whichimprovedafterdiscontinuationofliposomalamphotericinB.Themedicationwaschangedtosequentialadministrationofposaconazoleuptothe12thweek，andthecavitiesintheleftupperlungdisappearedwithoutanyadversereactionobserved.Conclusions：Diabetesmellituswithpulmonarymucormycosisinchildrenarerareanddifficulttotreat.TheregimenofliposomalamphotericinBcombinedwithposaconazoleprovidessomereferencefortheclinicaldiagnosisandtreatmentofthecondition.
