Advances in studies on the mechanism of autophagy granulosa cells in premature ovarian insufficiency

Abstract:

Premature ovarian insufficiency（POI） refers to the decline or even failure of ovarian function in women under the age of 40. At present，the pathogenesis of POI is still not very clear. More and more studies have found that the autophagy of granulosa cells induces the occurrence of POI. This paper will elaborate the research progress of the autophagy of granulosa cells of POI.
