Progress of neural stem cell reprogramming and its application

Abstract:

Neural stem cells（NSCs） reprogramming technology can generate mature human neurons with disease-related phenotypes from somatic cells，bringing a prospect for cell therapy of neurological disorders. In this paper，the regulatory factors of NSCs reprogramming，the improvement of reprogramming efficiency and the application in the modeling of neurological disorders are reviewed.
