    Abstract:

    Neural stem cells(NSCs) reprogramming technology can generate mature human neurons with disease-related phenotypes from somatic cells,bringing a prospect for cell therapy of neurological disorders. In this paper,the regulatory factors of NSCs reprogramming,the improvement of reprogramming efficiency and the application in the modeling of neurological disorders are reviewed.
