Analysis of the limitations and influencing factors of single antigen beads in the detection of human leukocyte antigen-antibody

Abstract:

The detection of human leukocyte antigen-antibody（HLA-Ab）has become an important indicator for the diagnosis and detection of rejection after renal transplantation. Single antigen beads（SAB）is a highly sensitive and specific HLA-Ab detection method. However，the analysis and interpretation of SAB results are complex，and multiple factors need to be comprehensively considered. In this article，we will discuss the limitations，influencing factors and solutions for HLA-Ab detection using this method. It is hoped that the interpretation and application of SAB results can be further improved by discussing the above problems.
